Did anyone ever had been knocked out by Google because of publishing spun content?

I have a website,I m trying to rank high and gain traffic. Google Adword lets u find keywords or phrase from my website.Should I put those keywords and phrase in my article or should I use the keywords from my Target audience that are typing in this keywords on google in to my Article

So research what you read before you believe it. I just found it interesting that they said that a foreign newspaper printed this and Americans never heard of it, but if you look at the date it is from July of 2008* not current news of 2009*, but it was actually posted on an an AMERICAN news business. So don’t believe the bull crap, this is coming from a conservative American, and I don’t appreciate YELLOW JOURNALISM.

I am stuck on #8 on Google for a keyword search. I had done more bookmarks for that site, Still I could not move. Actually, that is very competitive keyword. I had applied the article marketing which only brought me from #55 to #8.

Apart from these, I had used blog comments, forums postings and link exchanges (very few) too.

So, how to move from # 8? Is there anyone had got the same case? To overcome, what did you do?
