I recently bought a copy of American Music Press and was really surprised at how it was mostly all interviews and articles with actual rock bands and not actors and teen pop stars. Are there any other mags like this? Also I’m in New york and pretty much get publishings from all over the world so feel free to recommend international magazines .. Thanks

There is a great magazine that is released quarterly called Loud Fast Rules!! its a mag. punk music, LFR has alot of interviews with punk legends. If that not you cup of tea try Mojo its a UK magazine.
I used to like Pulse, but I’m not sure if it’s around anymore. If you don’t mind it being a website http://www.pitchfork.com has all the features of a magazine and is very good. Great interviews.
I like Circus and Metal Edge

I kinda like the new laprady book on quart and beads. It is the coolest rock craft book I ever owned. Rock on…. does this rock match my eyes….. LOL
