A spin off of "All My Children"?

I recently found a television show called "All Matt’s Children" on the internet through a station called ROAR Network. Does anyone know where this television station is located? I have never heard of it before. Also, is this a real spin off of "All My Children" or is it a separate show?

Here is the link if anyone is wanting to see what I’m talking about.

Just some kids making videos, AMC has nothing to do with it at all.

It’s a Soap Parody by College Students not a Spin off

ROAR Network is LMU’s only student-run TV station, and airs on LMU Channel 6, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ROAR Network is run by students, for students. ROAR first started out as a student club with five shows four years ago, and has since grown to become a student-run organization that broadcasts over twelve different shows every two weeks. Every student, whether or not they have experience in film, is welcome to join up, learn about the creative television process, and produce their own show to add to ROAR’s growing assembly.
